6. Consumer mediation (France)

In accordance with articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, if you are a consumer in France and a dispute cannot be resolved amicably with Huasca, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge once a mediator has been designated.

A consumer mediator will be designated and published here before Huasca sells paid digital services (such as Explorer or Trip Pass) to consumers in France. Until then, contact hello@huasca.app to attempt an amicable resolution.
